Updated the Date All Day module to v.0.4, upgraded to Drupal 6

Updated the Date All Day module to v.0.3.

Fixed misc. bugs for Date / time fields. Also upgraded to the Drupal 6 version. There is two 0.4 versions now - D5 and D6 at the download page.
