Updated the Date All Day module to v.0.3.

Fixed misc. bugs for Date fields. Added setting times from 1:00am to 11:59pm (Common) or 0:00 to 24:00 (Military).

Integrated the ClockPick Timepicker plugin for jQuery by Josh Nathanson, v, 1.2.4 ( http://www.oakcitygraphics.com/jquery/clockpick/trunk/ClockPick.cfm ) for time fields.
