Mobile theme for Drupal 5.x added

Added a mobile theme which is a backport for Drupal 5.x with misc. bugs fixed, based on the iUI project iUI by Rob Loach ( http://drupal.org/user/61114 ).

It is v. 0.1 at the moment, misc. bugs fixing (seems there are much of them left) is planned.
